Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Plan-it mobile app ("Plan-it", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Plan-it you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your email address and the name you provide when you create an account.
• Planning content — the tasks, commitments, preferences, and weekly schedules you create in the app.
• App settings — notification preferences and theme, stored locally on your device.

We do not collect your contacts, location, photos, or advertising identifiers.

2. How we use your information

• To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
• To generate weekly schedules from the tasks you enter, using an AI provider (see "Third parties" below).
• To store and sync your schedules across sessions.
• To send the local reminders you enable (these are scheduled on your device).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Third parties

• Supabase — hosts our database and authentication. Your account and planning content are stored there. See Supabase's privacy policy.
• Groq — processes the tasks you submit to generate a schedule. Task text is sent to Groq's API to produce the schedule and is not used by us to identify you. See Groq's privacy policy.
• Google Play / Apple & RevenueCat — process and manage subscriptions (see next section).

4. Subscriptions & payments

Plan-it offers an optional paid subscription (Plan-it Pro). All payments are processed by the app store you purchased through — Google Play or Apple App Store. We never receive or store your full card number or billing details; the store handles payment and shares only the subscription status with us.

We use RevenueCat to validate and manage your subscription entitlement across devices. RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous user identifier and your purchase/receipt data — not your payment details. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Google Play or App Store account settings.

5. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account in the app. This removes your authentication record and all of your tasks and schedules. You may also email us at support@obdevapps.com to request deletion.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to your stored data is restricted by row-level security so that only your account can read or write your records.

7. Children

Plan-it is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
