These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Daysleft mobile app. By using Daysleft you agree to these Terms.
Daysleft helps you keep track of applications you are making — to jobs, scholarships and graduate programmes — along with their deadlines and the checklist of things each one still needs. It runs entirely on your device.
Daysleft has no accounts and no sign-in. Everything you enter is stored on your device, and uninstalling the app deletes it. Keeping your own backups of anything you care about is your responsibility.
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it in violation of any applicable law.
Daysleft is free and contains no subscriptions or in-app purchases. If a paid feature is ever added, these Terms will be updated before it ships and the price and terms will be shown in the app before any purchase.
Daysleft shows the deadlines you enter, and calculates the days remaining from them. It does not verify dates with anyone, and it does not submit applications on your behalf. Reminders depend on your device's notification settings, on the app not being force-stopped, and on operating system power-saving behaviour we do not control — so they may be delayed or not delivered at all. Always confirm deadlines and requirements with the organisation itself, and do not rely on the app as your only reminder for anything that matters.
Daysleft is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any employer, university, funding body or admissions office. Any organisation names you enter are your own records.
You may stop using Daysleft and uninstall it at any time. We may stop distributing or supporting the app at any time.
Daysleft is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss — including a missed deadline, a late or undelivered reminder, or lost data — arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms. The current version will always be posted at this URL with its “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
